Hello, my name is Chelsey Roberts and I have had the fortune to be selected for the Young Canada Works Summer Student Program through the Alix Wagon Wheel Museum Association. I look forward to developing unique work skills and gain professional experience through this program. I personally come from a family that came from Europe to settle in what is now Ponoka County over a hundred years ago, the same farm has been kept in my family to this day. I look forward to learning and researching more about the pioneers of Alix, Alberta and area and appreciate the opportunity to work here.
